Burger King - Nanaimo

The food we received was hot and expertly prepared. They generously included plenty of lettuce, tomato, onion, and sauce. The Whoppers were bursting with flavor. Our wait time was minimal, and the staff were polite and friendly. However, the exterior of the restaurant could use some TLC. The drive-thru area looks like it’s seen better days, resembling a war zone. The walls are in need of pressure washing and fresh paint, and overall, the lack of maintenance leaves a poor impression. Additionally, the drive-thru speaker is the worst I've ever encountered; it's extremely difficult to understand what the staff are saying while placing an order. Upgrading this would be a simple and cost-effective way to greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

King Deal is my favorite spot. Their milkshakes are fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly; they even remember my dog's name and frequently give her treats. While the wait times can be a bit lengthy at times, isn't that the case at most fast-food places?

Both burgers were fantastic, and I really love the new Snack Boxes!

Excellent! The WHOPPER with Cheese Meal was served hot and was incredibly delicious. A big shout-out to the delivery person too!

I ordered the roasted garlic burger and it was absolutely fantastic—definitely a 10/10! However, I was a bit disappointed that our bacon and cheese Whopper didn’t actually have any bacon on it.
