New York Style Pizza & Pasta - Nanaimo

We found this restaurant to be clean, with a cheerful atmosphere. The women's bathroom could do with a little tlc, though. We were disappointed with the pizza crust, as the name of the restaurant implied it would be a thin crust, but it was extremely thick. We both ordered the Metropolitan - the flavour was mediocre. I ordered a "mini" green salad - it arrived with a combination of iceberg and darker green lettuce, but the darker green was old, and every piece had black spots on it. I left them to the side, and showed them to our waitress when she came by. She said she would let the chef know so he could check the rest, but didn't apologize. I was surprised to see the full cost of the salad on our bill. Pretty sure we won't go back.

Been coming here for 20 yrs, come every year for a Slo-Pitch Tourney service is always good, Pizza seems to have gone down hill a bit, don't think I will order the pizza again.the spicy Manhattan wings and Salad are as good as ever, think i will stick to those, pasta is mediocre at best, I make better at home.All in all good place for beer wings and salad.

Been many times and always good wholesome eats. The Manhattan Salad is great and would feed an army. Just good people and they put out satisfying food at a decent price. Its hard to go wrong with that.

This is a great pizza ,they are not afraid to load it properly maybe a little more money but well worth it.We also ordered a artichoke salad after eating some salad started on the pizza I could not finish the second slice that's how loaded it was even our grandson that could eat a whole pizza 2 slices were enough . Some other pizza places I believe count out the sausage the put on a pizza not here. Try it you will like it. Also great service.

Pizza was like eating a loaf of bread. Previously, the pizza had a nice thin home-made crust and thick with toppings. Now it is just as thick but 50% of it is crust. Very disappointing and will not be back.
