Ricky's All Day Grill - Nanaimo

Dinner at Ricky's - very busy and very slow service. The waitress was friendly, helpful and apologetic though (even comped us appetizers because of the long delays). The food was decent as long as you're not expecting fine dining, and we were satisfied with the quality and quantity. As with many restaurants these days, prices seem to be on the rise so not a cheap night out.

You can surely do better in your quest for tasty nourishing affordable food. I was not impressed with the bland menu.

Whenever we need a good lunch thats convenient, this is our go to place. Food is always good and servers friendly. The only negative is that sometimes the amount of time from the order until you receive your food is too long.

This restaurant has good menu selections and friendly staff. They offer prime rib dinners but don't expect same quality as high end restaurant. You do get what you pay for. However friends had turkey dinner and said it was very tender and tasty.

My husband and I have not been to this restaurant in a while so we were very disappointed at the new menu. I could not believe the price increases and they also took away the seniors discount card. I ordered the beef dip the first time it came out the sandwich was burnt then the second time I got the sandwich the beef was microwaved to a cinder. The only thing good about our visit was the waitress. Sorry Ricky's but you just lost a customer
