Starbucks - Nanaimo

I discovered a new flavor to love... After that Nanaimo bar dessert we purchased at Red's Bakery I needed a refresher drink. We found this nearby Starbucks less than two miles away. One venti Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade, please. So delicious! My new favorite! I've always had the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade in the States but I'm in love with this new flavor. For the hubby a Mocha Frappe Blended. Service was friendly and fast. Bonus: They had a CANADA themed gift card to add to my collection. I'm still missing many from the lower US States so if you're willing to help me complete my collection it will be much appreciated. LoL! The staff were friendly and pleasant. The service was fast and there is a large variety to meet every person's needs. Centrally located in Nanaimo with a patio, indoor seating and a drive thru. Good location. Recommend

Nice and friendly service. As someone that just came off a really early ferry, they were very understanding of my semiconscious state.

Additionally, the kitchen floor was not exactly sparkling clean—it was a mess with various substances splattered everywhere. Despite submitting two written complaints to the management and being promised improvements, I've decided I won’t be returning. Instead, I’ll head downtown, supposedly known for its “dirty” street people, as they offer cleaner options. I used to visit Terminal Park three to four times a week, but I haven’t been there at all in the past six months. It's just unacceptable.

The drive-thru in Nanaimo is incredibly slow, and unfortunately, no one seems to apologize for the 30-minute wait.
