Tim Hortons - Nanaimo

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant. The cashier and food server were genuinely enthusiastic about their jobs, which made the service feel even more welcoming. The food was great as well. The only downside was that the lobby could have used some cleaning; otherwise, my visit was quite enjoyable. I would have given a five-star rating if the tables had been cleaner.

I had a delicious carrot cake muffin filled with walnuts and cream cheese. It was fantastic! The service was quick, and the food was delightful.

The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of food, and the service is outstanding. The staff is very friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable.

Why can’t you offer more desserts without chocolate? You never have the peanut butter cookies... it’s always just chocolate! Also, I’ve noticed that the owner or manager has a canned response for everyone who leaves a negative review. It’s always something like, “Your feedback is concerning to us; please call us to discuss this further.” But good luck actually getting through on the phone! Here’s an idea: just take a look at the reviews (since you're already reading them) and make some changes! Dietary restrictions: some people can't eat chocolate!

While this Tim Hortons isn't the most spacious and the parking lot can be quite challenging, that's not really the fault of the restaurant! Overall, it's a solid spot. My main concern is the limited space, as it can get quite crowded and noisy at times.
