Tim Hortons - Nanaimo

In 2019 I really had to empty my bladder, I went to go to this tim hortons to use the washroom, and the door was locked and I asked if they could unlock it and they said I had to buy something first, then the next day I went to this tim hortons and some guy walked in and asked if he could use the washroom, and they let him use the washroom without having go buy something first.....

I had the consistently worst coffee I've ever experienced at Tim Hortons. It tasted like water, and I won't be returning. However, the customer service in the mornings is quite good.

Most Tim Hortons locations in the region allow customers to use the restroom before placing an order, but at this particular one, you have to order first before you can access the bathroom.

Quick, quick, quick! This place is often bustling, but they do an excellent job of keeping things running smoothly. I'm very pleased with both the service and the food and drinks.

I had a fantastic experience at this Tim Horton's, thanks to the excellent service provided by a gentleman there. The service was quick and of high quality. This location truly knows how to deliver. I would give it a perfect 10/10!
