Initially, the plan was to try their draniki (potato patties) but it wasn’t available so instead went with potato vareniki and pelmeni with beef. Pelmeni were and vareniki was especially delicious. For the desert, took cottage cheese pancakes which unfortunately didn’t meet expectations (tasted better ones in Estonia, e.g. in Grenka). Price was on the upper side for Narva (30-40 eur for 2 people with drinks) but comparable to Tallinn. Atmosphere was nice with relaxing music. Can recommend to others.
We stopped in just as they were opening at 10am and got a few of their pastries to share-a sausage roll, an egg and green onion filled bun, and a poppy seed roll. All were delicious!
I came to this place on a friday evening to get some warm drink and a cake. The place is very cozy, they also have tables outside. I ordered a Tea and a slice of cheesecake. The order came shortly. The cake tasted good the tea was also great. Overall I pod 5 eur for everything which I think is very affordable. All in all, the place is very cozy and pleasant. They have a large choice of teas, many cakes/pies, and even some war dishes which I haven’t checked though. The interior is nice, as well as the service.
