Chaatable - Nashville

I had made a reservation on OpenTable and received a confirmation, but when I arrived at the restaurant it was closed. There was a sign on the door apologizing for the closure. I understand that times have been tough for restaurants, but it was frustrating to not be able to dine there after making a reservation.

We were not informed by either Chaatable or Open Table that the restaurant had closed. We only found out because we are locals who saw a story on a local news channel. We continued to receive reminders for our reservation until the time of booking, and even received one from Open Table. It's disappointing because we really enjoyed Chaatable and Masala Ale House, but now we are hesitant to try any other Maneets restaurants due to the poor communication regarding this closure.

I received a call two hours before my reservation informing me that the restaurant was closed due to equipment failure. It later came to light that their entire staff had walked out during a strike.

We experienced a taste explosion in contrast to everything we tried before! It was so good! Recommend the Bhel in the Appetizer menu. Could have had it easy for a duck. I've never been disappointed by one of Maneet's restaurants, but I think that's my favorite. Awesome, not pretentious and so, so delicious!

The restaurant was absolutely delightful. The decor is bright and inviting. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and plentiful.
