I had an incredible dining experience with exceptional service! The fresh meat came straight from the farm, and the white fish was sourced directly from the lake, accompanied by a delicious homemade dill tartar sauce. The fried dishes were perfectly cooked, and the portion sizes were enormous! They also offer 16 flavors of ice cream and provide a delightful selection of shakes and malts, which are a must-try!

This restaurant is exceptionally clean and well-lit, with a friendly staff. The cheeseburgers were fantastic—made with lean meat and topped with fresh ingredients on a soft white roll that was truly enjoyable. The whitefish dish was slightly flaked but flavorful and delightful. Their take on poutine was spot-on and a highlight. The kids loved the ice cream and shakes for dessert. Overall, it was a pleasant and straightforward stop during our summer travels on US2. We’ll definitely be adding this place to our regular itinerary!

Excellent food and outstanding staff make this restaurant worth a special trip!

More like a 3.5 star experience. first, the service is really great and two manager stopped to check out several times for me and find out if it was okay, which really means much as they take care of the business. the burger was good, I wish they had a cheddar (real) cheese option so I was for the Swiss, but honestly the charges/prices were a little steep, a grilled wobble charging was almost as much as speck for example (if they really shouldn't even be charged to start with). my tab was just over $21 for a double-burger and poutine with water. At any rate, I should have stuck with just the simple hand-cut frits, the poutine had no curls, and the bark sword was a bit dark tasting that ruined the court. credited to the manager, he sincerely asked if I wanted something else, but I refused and did not. overall it is a decent roadside option if they are in the opposite.

Fabulous fresh local whitefish, beef burgers and homemade french fries!! Worth the wait. Will most definitely be stopping again!!!!
