Aipan Restaurant - Naukuchiatal

We ordered local kumaon food. Gauhat ki dal, mandue ki roti, kheere ka raita, bhatt ki chudkhaani, aaloo ke gutke and jhangure ki kheer were all done beautifully.

One of the best local delicacies we have in our lunch today. Although we reached little late for lunch after our fun activities. They serve Daal-Bhari and Alo-Gata and some other local foods with mild spices. Cook is very nice and made food according to our choice. One of the best choices for vegetarians

Aipan means rangoli in Kumaoni language. The food served here is also nicely served and cooked with great love. It tastes delicious and some of the variety you never heard. The food tastes like at home food, just like our mothers do. We had ordered Gahat ki Dal, Arbi Masala, Aloo Ka Thechwa for our main course. Believe me, everything was delicious. For dessert we had ordered paw with chocolate sauce, which was also very traditionally sweet. This is indeed a place where you will be served a krangoli of food variety.

Aipan restaurant is one of the best restaurants of Naukuchiatal. We had our dinner here and it was very good. Restaurant is on the main road and it has ample parking space in front. Here food is very simple, fresh and...sumptuous. There is a good variety of local cuisine. Look forward to visit again. The food is like home cooked meal with very less spices.
