We used to be in el bosque and la fondue, the other restaurants of the hotel do not complain, in the opposite. good service and good food. So we decided to try la nonna, Italian restaurant. the good service we have already lived in other restaurants is very attentive and friendly. the menu cards have been designed to use the restaurant name la nonna- oma kitchen . still I doubt that an Italian grandmother would use a lot of saffron or truffle in the menu, this restaurant should leave the gastronomy after el bosque and focus on the preparation of simple and good, delicious meals. thinking about pizzas - you said the kitchen would have a pizza oven, but not heated by wood. this put my own pizza menu immediately - I asked for recommendations and chose accordingly tagliatelle with winter truffles poached ei one of us dared to taste a brokkoli and spicy salami pizza and third chose risotto milanese with osso bucco. now- the tagliatelle was made to house and well cooked a la dente truffle. However, the smell of the fried egg was not very appealing, I had learned to expect this after I had a poached egg in another restaurant few days earlier, but still it is not very nice smell. Overall, eating was in order, but not everything I would order again. pizza had cream of brokkoli' instead of tomato paste as basic always open to new taste, but this was not very successful - if not bad either simply. in the did the whole pizza was far from being spicy taste, there was no taste at all? the pizza floor (the teig) was homemade, but unfortunately the texture was far from the pizza. risotto was not a risotto either -lacking moist texture intense taste; only cooked rice with saffron ja- seasoned with few meats on the top. we gave an honest feedback about the pizza and it seemed as if the personal was really overwhelmed, they offered new dishes from other restaurants, brought head wait to hear our care etc. the personal asked friendly what they could do to satisfy us, but there was not much to do as we thought the kitchen was the challenge of preparing good, delicious Italian cuisine. coffees were on the house and we didn't have to pay for the pizza.
This restaurant shares a place in the hotel val de new with el bosque restaurant. the atmosphere is beautiful, but dark. my pasta was very simple, seemed like a child, although it wasn't. the salmon of my wife was nothing special. the salates begin. the inner size, so we didn't finish it. they were very fresh and the best part of the meal. the wine list is not as extensive as they can pronounce for a restaurant in a 5-star hotel. the best part of the experience was the service. our waitress was very attentive as the whole staff of the hotel. I thought for the prices that calculated this meal was a disappointment.
