There were plenty of activities for my family to enjoy. The weather was a bit chilly for us, but the heated pool and lazy river were a lifesaver with our kids! We also noticed that the hotel had plenty of staff available to store towels, assist customers, and clean rooms and dining areas - we really appreciated that!
The restaurant has beautiful and very clean rooms with comfortable showers to wash off all the sand. The beach in front is stunning and is quite close to the snorkeling reef on the island. The reception staff appeared a bit tense at times, but the room service staff were great. Denise and Amanda make fantastic drinks at the bar next door.
I wish I could give more stars because I truly believe 5 is not nearly enough for this place - it was a 10/10! This was my first trip not only to Florida, but my first time seeing the sea, so it was a special experience. From the moment my sister and I arrived, we were treated wonderfully! The staff was amazing and so friendly. Even though we arrived a bit early after a 12-hour drive, the staff allowed us to check in early as they could see how tired we were. Our room was beautiful and clean with a pleasant scent. The balcony had a stunning view of the golf course, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The layout of the queen suite was very comfortable with the beds separated to provide personal space. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the overall experience was fantastic. I can't wait to come back next year and hopefully reserve the same room with the beautiful view. Thank you Jumphill Suites for a perfect stay!
A good experience, breakfast could be a little better, fed food was microwave, could be wrong.. selection was good, just a little below average tho .. but nice clean room, pool and lazy flow very relaxing, good access to the beach ..
I think this hotel was great back in the day. However, in my experience, I decided to cut my vacation short for the following reasons: 1. Only one restaurant with very slow service and incompetent wait staff. In the two times I did order food at the only restaurant, my food was given to someone else; and, the other time, my order came out completely wrong. If you are going to charge Ritz pricing, you need to provide Ritz service. Additionally, only one person was serving the extremely crowded pool. Inside the restaurant, there was 6 people/wait staff that I counted with only 2 tables. There is NO POOL BAR! 2. The free breakfast was mediocre, at best. Hot food was almost inedible. 3. Beds were very uncomfortable with the most unsupportive pillows. 4. There was pink mold was growing in the shower. I still felt dirty after taking a shower. 5. Floors were ALWAYS dirty. Not once did I see someone sweep or vacuum in the 4 days I was there. I had to wipe my feet before getting in bed every night. Hallway areas by the elevators were constantly trashed with crumbs. 6. This place is like Fort Knox. You need a key to get into everything, including bathrooms at the pool. It was a little obnoxious. 7. There is no service elevator, so you will be likely be sharing the elevator with hotel staff. 8. There was someone in charge of the pool/towels until 3p everyday. He watched his phone. Pool/beach trash was always overflowing. If he was bored, he could have taken out the trash, in my opinion. I understand in the times we are in; it is had to get help or find people that want to work. It did feel like that the hired staff are just there for a job, and don’t have pride in the place they work. I did ask to speak to the MOD (Manager on Duty) and they were no where to be found. This explains a lot! While the beach is beautiful and Navarre is a quaint hidden beach town, I would never recommend or go back to this SpringHill Suites. It may have huge potential if taken care of properly or if leadership led by example.
