McDonald's - Neenah

Worse mcdonalds I've ever stopped. the front counter was not open, they told me that I had to use the kiosh machine, didn't even show me how I never used one before, stood there and tried to find out even for 10 minutes, no one came to help. the hired were dirty, the load was dirty, finally, when I was finished ordered, I waited for my order while I reached my own cup my drink, they never even told me that my order was ready to put it on the counter. I accidentally looked up that there was a bag sitting, I went up to see if it was not my hired, even confirmed that it was sad. I was a uniform mgr of a fast food store chain if this was how my employees reacted to customers, there would be consequences.

That was one of the most efficient mcdonald’s drive thrus I've ever been through. the line was long, but the personal did it well, my order was read back in the payment window and pick up window and was right! a mistake I made was not to ask if the glazed pullapart did not serve warm minen and would be served much better warm, my mistake I should have asked. many thanks for their friendly a plus for this morning staff! 20 May 2022.

Was a quick journey through the journey. eating was hot, the pommes were fresh and the staff was friendly. what a great experience!

I come to the coffee almost daily and the staff is always so friendly! smile at them mcdonalds!

I ordered what I always order, the lady repeated it out loud to me, so I went ahead, paid, got home, not the right order. I wasn't mad. The lady was so kind and mistakes happen! It was the second time that happened, so I just called to let them know, and the lady on the phone proceeded to tell me I paid for what I got and the screen tells me what I ordered. She's not wrong, but, call me old fashioned, I was LISTENING to the lady talking to me and missed that it didn't say dbl on the screen. But how was I to know it was even supposed to be there? Anyway the lady told me it was my fault. It was pretty frustrating.
