Contribuisci feedbackEdit recently found out about new owners and hopeful for positive change. The new owner served me the other day and was really nice. Also a few months ago I seemed to have better customer service with barista referenced below after a year+ of abreak from Hugos. Was greeted kindly and treated with respect both times. Glad to see the growth. After two years of unkindservice by one of your employees I finally feel like I need to say something. Barista working this morning 11/7/21 is abrasiveand rude. I never get a greeting and I always leave there feeling bad, when she serves me. It 's like she can 't be bothered toeven say hello.. she slams the window open and says there 's like 5 drinks before you . As if she wished I 'd just get out ofhere and stop bothering her. I decided I 'll avoid there at all cost and I don 't ever want service from her again. I alwaysrespond with kindness because I know she probably needs it.. so it 's not like I 've ever given her any reason to be rude. Dobetter, lady.
Coffee good. Burrito Bad. I wish it would've have said somewhere on their sign that these are over processed, nasty, gas station Burritos. Weird. Coffee lady was super nice though.
Gas station breakfast is not coffee shop food. I feel ripped off , I've been to coffee shops with $4 burritos that are handmade. This is such a disappointment
Go to blue star espresso in tillamook the prices are half as high and they're twice as good
Coffee was great, service was fast, and the barista wore a mask and sanitized her hands between serving customers. Perfect!
