Contribuisci feedbackDuring our stay in Nelson, we visited this restaurant three times. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the manager and one of the staff members. On our second visit, the manager was too busy to address my complaint about flies in the restaurant. During our third visit, while I was placing an order at the drive-thru, a staff member lacked the patience to properly take my order and even reprimanded me for it. I believe they need to focus more on customer service.
The fountain drinks are served without ice, which is quite unusual, and the menu doesn't list all the available options.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The hours listed are completely inaccurate. I arrived at 9:40 PM, only to find the restaurant closed despite stating that you should be open at that time. It doesn’t matter what type of food establishment you are—it's unacceptable to misrepresent your hours.

So, I'm only rating this as compared to other A&W restaurants, and so it's not great. The fries are regularly cold; there seem to be staffing problems, so sometimes it isn't open; and it's more expensive than any other A&W I've been to recently.
