Main Street Diner - Nelson

My family and I were thrilled to eat in the main street diner. although the decoration is not present, the rosmarin, garlic, lamming hard is worth the visit alone. the fish was crispy and not over greasy. the lamb could have been a bit more delicate, but the taste was there. for me the orzo was somewhat overlaid, but all the others loved it. the cocktails were a nice supplement for a good price, and dessert it is worth. oh and fantastic service, can't forget this!

Excellent food and service! Their tzatziki dip is amazing, and they have the best garlic toast you've ever had. Our steak was done perfectly. Beer was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Loved it here growing up, for a while it got disappointing, but the newest management has done an incredible job of bringing this place back to one of the most go restaurants in Nelson. The quality of the food has skyrocketed the customer service is top notch. The menu is huge nothing is a miss. I recommend coming here a few times to try as many of the menu items as you can!

Nelson offers SO many options to go out and eat. But, Main Street Diner is truly my favourite place to go. The owner, Nick, is very personable and provides nothing but the best food, drinks, and overall service.They are timely and the food never disapoints. All of the staff are great! Highly recommend Main Street Diner if you live in Nelson and want to grab a bite or are just visiting. Also a great family friendly place :
