Briar Thistle - Neosho

Nice little place with a good atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. Order at the counter with quick food to table delivery. Enjoyed the Inferno burger with chips and queso. Enjoyed the experience and will visit again.

I feel like there is so much potential, just not quite there. The burger patty was on the thin side and slightly dry. The burger buns were meh, and the strawberry salad was good but they serve it with pureed sweet strawberry dressing. I just wasn't feeling it until I asked for balsamic dressing. The food is fine but it's way too much, I don't regret it but it's very expensive. It's a cool little place but not enough to justify the price of everything. I like the idea I just think it could be executed better, the whole design seems half baked. Also, I think it's kinda silly to have 1/3 of the menu exclusive to sunday's I wanted to try the exiting stuff.

Have visited 3 or 4 times since they have opened, and have yet to be disappointed. The food is fantastic and inventive. It's cozy and welcoming. So happy we have this wonderful spot in Neosho.

Lovely place, staff and food. Don't forget to try the Candied Bacon Sundae for dessert… Yummy
