Dunkin' - NEPTUNE

I arrived at 8 AM and ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on an English muffin, along with a jelly donut. I couldn't help but notice that the preparation area was quite dirty, with stains and crumbs scattered all over. My food also left much to be desired; the muffin was barely toasted and turned out mushy, while the jelly donut looked like it had been made the day before – it appeared sweaty and unappetizing, so I decided not to try it at all. I plan to return to request a refund.

They close at 7 PM, but we don’t understand why it’s so difficult to make a hot latte just because they clean the machine an hour before closing time. This isn’t the first time it’s happened! We stop by every single morning for our coffee, but we might just have to go to Wawa from now on since it’s cheaper and they also have great espresso.

Asked for a cup of ice cause my 4$ ice coffee had like nothing . They tried charging me 1.07$ for a small cup of ice (something new? . I've seen previous reviews of the rude sarcastic attitudes they exhibit on a daily basis its very upsetting to witness.I've been to this location about 5 times now and 4 out of the 5 have been nothing but attitudes.

This location is poorly managed. The store frequently remains locked well past 7 AM, despite being scheduled to open at 5 AM. For instance, on a Saturday at 7:45, the doors were still shut, with only the drive-thru operational. When I went through the drive-thru, I was informed they had just opened ten minutes prior and only had donuts and coffee available—nothing else. It's common to find only one employee working during the morning hours. I suggest driving to a location farther away; you'll receive faster service and have access to a complete menu.

Awful service, staff kept shouting at customers to use the kiosk instead of ordering at the register, they kept locking the door to try to prevent people from coming in. And service was slow. I watched 3 people walk in and leave in the time it took me toget a coffee.
