Occasionally the line gets long and moves on the slow side but that's too be expected. All in all they get my stamp of approval! Keep up the good work guys!
Everyone is nice except for the old sandwich lady. She made an error on my order and I ask for a remake and she didn’t want to. She was also rude and unfriendly. Never will I come back to this place again. Thanks for a waste of money, and time.
This QuickCheck location is ancient. It was already there a long time when my family moved to Stanhope in 1978! My mom didn't drive, and when I was maybe 12 or 13 years old she would sometimes give me a $20 bill to buy two CARTONS (not two packs! of cigarettes to get her and my dad through the week. If I remember right, a carton of cigarettes back then was around $5.00, and I was allowed to use the very ample change to buy a snack..two slices and a fountain drink at Carmine's back then was $1.00. I would have to render the remaining change to my mom when I got home. My parents also used to buy all our deli meats and salads at QuickChek back then because all the deli items at ShopRite tasted like fish because they shared the same cooler! The good old days...
Fast service even though there was a line of people. Pleasant people working there.
I stop at this store on one of my routes and it's easily the dirtiest Quick Cheks I've ever been in. You have to walk past junkies and winos who seem to congregate in front of this location, especially in the evening. The sidewalk looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I don't know how this location stays in business, other than the fact that they sell liquor. The prices are better at the supermarket in town, and with the new Quick Chek open just up the road , I don't see any reason to shop here, unless you live within walking distance.
