Contribuisci feedbackThe ordering experience and service from the staff were, as always, outstanding. However, I was taken aback by the quality of the food. This was the first time I had a smaller meal at a Chick-Fil-A, despite having eaten at many locations across different states over the years. I visited this restaurant at 7:15 PM on August 26, 2022. As expected, the drive-thru lines were long but moved at a steady pace. After placing my order at the window, I drove two miles to my destination to enjoy my meal. To my surprise, I found cold, limp fries and a barely warm sandwich. This was a major disappointment! It seemed like the kitchen was underprepared that evening, as they had apparently rushed through many frequently ordered items to speed up service. Unfortunately, this approach resulted in cold food that fell short of expectations. I ate the meal because I had paid for it, but it certainly wasn’t worth much.
The food at Chick-fil-A was just as good as I expected. We ordered quickly, which worked well with our schedule. However, I found the seating to be less comfortable compared to other locations. The layout, particularly the lane for ordering, created some traffic issues. Despite that, we had a wonderful experience overall.
I just visited the restaurant and noticed they were quite busy, but the line moved along smoothly. The staff outside were friendly and professional, and the food was excellent.
The car line that USUALLY goes fast was not on my last visit. A car in front of me made all an extra 30 minutes to take the most 30 minutes in the line And what is worse is that they don't tell the car that the time is taking, pulling and waiting on a parking lot... because there are no places assigned to people to wait for incredibly big orders if they haven't called to scratch before time and my food was actually warm because I waited to be right behind this guy. And my food was not fresh and was grounded because as frustrated and short of time I was because I waited so long I went and some of it was wrong: otherwise tasted good as normal. Just not hot and fresh.
No handicap parking and or any customer parking available for dining in at this facility during my visit and this appears to be the normal policy for most chick fil a since Covid-19. This facility is requiring all customers to park in mall parking lot across the street and or utilize curb side or drive through.
