Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a meal for my fiancé at 8:30, but we didn't receive our food until 9:05. The shells were stale, and when I requested fresh ones, the staff responded with attitude, reminding me that they close at 9. Additionally, the soda was flat. I also overheard one of the employees use a racial slur directed at my fiancé and me. I will never dine here again. This was the worst service I've ever experienced.
I went through the drive-thru this morning, and I wasn't really in the best mood. However, when Tenisha took my order with her enthusiastic attitude, it really lifted my spirits. When I reached the window to pick up my food, she was smiling and exceptionally polite. It was a refreshing experience that genuinely motivated me to smile as well.
This restaurant is one of the slowest in town. Even after ordering online, I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru to receive my food.
Staff not friendly when. Dining room extremel6 cold and not very well clean. Extremely long wait time for fast food.
Food was typical taco Bell. We ordered online. When we arrived to pick up our food, we were told it was being prepared, even though we had ordered it via the app 30 min prior. When we got our food it was lukewarm. It still tasted ok, just not fresh.
