Domino's Pizza - New Braunfels

I placed an order on the app with a pickup time of 7:50-8:00pm. The order was being worked on by Daniel but was forgotten about. I arrived early and waited to about 8:05pm with no updates in the app. I called the store and was told it was being worked on and going into the oven without an apology or explanation as to the delay. I watched them during the call and they had to scroll pretty far back on their computer to find my order. If I had not called they would not have worked on my order. The order was done a little after 8:20 with no explanation or accountability on their part.

Absolutely amazing people all around the employees there really do know how to top a pizza well best experience at a dominoes would definitely come

We normally do carryout. Love the cheese dip but seems rather skimpy on portion size. The pizza , sandwiches, desserts are all good .
