Contribuisci feedbackWe got there 45 minutes prior to closing I was so excited to eat at this place, there were so many other options but I chose this place as I’m not from around here I ordered a burger boneless chicken and fries the burger were soggy the chicken tenders did not had a good smell to them but that could be because I picked garlic parm. The sauce was thick and the fries were hard like a rock, I still sat there as these girls started ringing the desks and chairs I saw them turning customers away right from 930 and onwards you could just tell by the treatment in the face and the looked at they had was just not inviting it’s like telling you to leave without telling you leave and making you feel really uncomfortable I really want the owner to read this review so he can fix the crew and maybe get better and more customers out of this place or maybe he just doesn’t care because it’s hard it’s not a good location seems to be but I just tried being as honest as I could be I hope someone other than me does not waste their time on this that’s all folks !
What a disappointment! Never again will I order from this place, and I do not recommend. I placed an order online to get food for myself, my partner and my son who was in the hospital. They gave me an expected delivery time and I was okay with waiting the 45 minutes. When I got the notification that they were 5 minutes away, I went downstairs to wait for the delivery. When the bag was handed to me I immediately noticed I didn 't have my drink. I asked the driver about it and his response was that 's how they gave me your order, call them and they may send someone else with the missing items . I was pissed. I went upstairs went through the bag and noticed that they put items that I didn 't order at all, plus, my drinks were missing. I called the restaurant directly and asked to speak to a manager. The person who picked up was totally unprofessional. They were having side conversations that was not intended for anyone to hear. When the manager got on the phone, I explained the situation, he asked for my name and asked what I ordered. After the review he told one of the employees there the mistake that occurred and said if you don 't know how to do this then don 't do it because you messed up the order his response to me was I can make you the order over if you want I asked how long it would take. He said about 15 minutes you can come pick it up I explained how I was in the hospital and that was the reason why I had it delivered in the first place. He then says I don 't have a driver at this time so you can pick up if you want me to do the order over or I can refund I was highly upset because I just wanted what I ordered. When I opened up one of the items (the classic burger) it was dry and not what I expected, and they missed adding the cheese !! Needless to say horrible first experience.
The Art of Wings in Green Acres mall are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. I order and pay for my food, sit for 10 minutes and nobody is preparing my food. When I voice my frustrations, they treat me like I did something wrong. They need to be fired!!!!
I’ll be completely honest, the very first time I tried their food it was bad. I had gotten the beef quesadilla and hazelnut boba drink, and I strongly disliked it because the quesadilla was extremely greasy with no flavor (seasoning) and the hazelnut boba tasted like literally only milk with no flavor. So my first experience was bad. I came back a second time though (I inserted a picture) and this time I got the wings and the bbq burger and it tasted good! I also got the mango boba and it was really good. So I would say if you plan on coming here don’t get the milk bobas stick with fruit.
THIS A REALLY GREAT WING SPOT AND THEIR DRINKS ARE VERY GOOD TOO CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK THEIR THIS FRIDAY OR SATURDAY
