This Applebee's used to be a great choice, but it has definitely declined. I would have suggested it to anyone 13 months ago, but not anymore. The service was slow and the manager was busy adjusting bills.
I visited this restaurant to try one of their limited-time exclusive menu items, the Cheetos Cosmo boneless wings. The customer service was fast and efficient.
I will not be returning to this restaurant. I ordered the appetizer sampler and a 6oz sirloin. The steak arrived only 2 minutes after the appetizer. The server asked about the sauce for my boneless wings but never asked how I wanted my steak cooked. The steak was consistently overcooked, likely because it was very thin. The second steak I received was thicker but was gristly and undercooked. The potatoes were old and dry, and the side sauce was just a cup of A1, which I did not expect with my steak. The cheese sticks and boneless wings were cold, and there was no sour cream served with the chicken quesadilla, but there were blue cheese and ranch with the appetizer. The music was terrible, and they used a tableside payment machine that made me feel like I was in a rundown gas station. Even though it asked if I wanted a receipt, it did not print one, so I had to ask the server. The worst part was that I came to watch the MLB playoffs, but none of the screens were tuned to the game. When I asked, the server seemed surprised and only changed two channels, despite a customer asking for all channels to be changed.
Today, my friend and I had lunch at a restaurant and we were served by the most amazing server. I believe her name was Sierra. She was friendly, pleasant, and a pleasure to interact with. The food was also delicious.
