Krispy Krunchy Chicken - New Florence

My sister visited a restaurant in February 2022 at 2:30 PM and wanted to order five chicken breasts. Unfortunately, they only had three available. A staff member informed her that it would take half an hour to prepare the extra chicken. She agreed to wait, but after speaking with a coworker, he came back to say they couldn't fulfill her order because the chicken was frozen. Instead, he suggested substituting chicken strips for some of the breasts. My sister felt that the staff might have been unwilling to work that day, or simply being lazy or rude about the situation. We won't be returning any time soon!

However, after discussing it with a colleague, the staff member returned to say they couldn’t prepare the additional chicken because it was frozen. Instead, he offered to substitute chicken strips for the remaining breasts. My sister felt it seemed like they didn’t want to make more, possibly because their shift was ending soon, or perhaps due to laziness or rudeness. We definitely won’t be returning anytime soon!
