Dunkin' - New Haven Ave Orange, Derby

This location's service has been going from bad to worse for quite some time now, but it's close to home so I grin and bear it. Today (around 10:30 a.m. on a Monday), I walked in to find 2 people in front of me. They had been waiting quite awhile and one of them finally left, tired of waiting any longer. Finally, one of the 5 people in the drive-in window area came over and helped the person in front of me. Then, she walked away and ignored me. After several more minutes, a second person came over and when I commented that it had been quite awhile to get service, he told me he wasn't going to take my order. Didn't appreciate being told that customers should be waited on promptly. I went to the drive-in window area of the store to report his rude, unprofessional attitude, but felt it was important to report here. Avoid this Dunkin' location (25 New Haven Avenue, Derby) if you can. I've been going there for years. Never again. Rude, disrespectful service. Priority given to those who drive-up to window and ignore those of us who actually get out of our car and walk in. Horrible place...and it's worse than ever.

Literally spend over 10 minutes at the drive thru every time I come here ... Slowest Dunkin in the state hands down. Workers always standing around inside doing nothing.

What is this ??? This is the ONLY dunkin that literally put hardly no cream cheese , that’s sad and ridiculous, do you guys pay for the cream cheese out of your pockets ? What’s your excuse for this ?

Very nice Dunkin'. There's a lot of parking. The store was clean. The service was really friendly! Highly recommend

Don't know how they do it, but they find a way to mess up your coffee almost every time. And I don't know when these hash browns were made, but they're hard as rocks. This is my third time coming here, because you can always just get unlucky and catch them at a bad time, but I think I've tried them enough to say they're actually that bad. I will say they get that food out quick though, so I guess I can throw a star on there for that.
