Olive Indo-nepali Eatery - New Lynn

Was my first time here and I was craving something a bit spicy. Wanted to try their momo in Johl as it is something I have never had before in my life. Let me tell it you it's one of the best decisions I have made so far. The soup that the Momos came in was so delicious, well seasoned and with copious amount of ginger. It would definitely be on my must eat soup list when in feeling under the weather. In my opinion, the soup over powered the momo and I can't really how tasty the Momos were. Something to try next time.

We recently visited the restaurant. The service was amazing and the food tasted great. huge variety of momos...yummy food , highly recommended.will visit again!

The inside is very plain and could do with some styling and character. How ever the food was absolutely delicious. The mixed platter entrees was so good. Mains and ice cream fabulous. Attentive waiter. Clean plate between entree and main would have been nice. Will come again!!

Stopped by while in the area because we'd never tried Nepalese food before and we were seriously blown away by how good it was.<br/ <br/ The mo-mo (Nepalese dumplings) were a definite high point, combining the best aspects of both Chinese-style dumplings with Indian flavours. We tried several varieties and jhol mo-mo (dumplings in soup) were a definite favourite. Give it a go!
