New Shanghai

The food was 36 minutes late it was cold when I received it and the girl who dropped it of was not even trying to apologise for being late I know nothing will come of my review but at least it’s of my chest New Shanghai never again!!! I made a telephone order at 6pm, i went to collect it at 6.20 pm, was told it will be ready in 2 minutes, at 6.45pm my order wasnt ready, was told again it will be 2 minutes, eventually it was ready at 6.50 pm.The girl behind the counter was rubbish just kept making excuses for the delay, i would not recommend the service was terrible. Don't listen to many of these reviews on Google. The majority of reviews on their website (Foodhub) are 5 stars. They are rated 4.5 stars on there with hundreds of reviews! Asked for plain noodles and gave me beansprouts, went back and they said they don't do them plain though I had then last week. Lady at the desk needs to learn manners. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is pretty good. To be honest the only real thing that lets the place down, is order to recieving time can be a loooong wait. If they got that sorted, reviews of cold and late food would be a thing of the past.
