Thats how much i got when i ask for less ice in coffee ???. I don’t know whats wrong with fast food chains here in valley, they never care about your instructions.

Please stay away from this business! The manager and assistant manager does not know how to run a business! I have heard a lot of bad things on how they get rid of their employees that do their jobs well and are very good with customer service! And they keep the employees that do none thing and have a very bad attitude towards the customer! And finally they treat some of their employees like they are trash and they also say that their employees are ripping them off which I have heard from a lot of customers! So Please Stay Away From This Business!

Yummy food. A lot of the international staff could work on getting orders right, but are quick to fix

This coffee shop is a very good place for a quick snack and a coffee.I have a suggestion for the staff... please wear gloves when serving guests at the drive thru...it is sanitary and helps keep germs from customer's.

Drive-through : Recently this restaurant went from 24hrs to stop serving at 10pm. They say they close at 11pm but after 8pm you're lucky if they serve you anything other than coffee. During daytime hours your lucky if they get you're order correct. I think they have as much of a hard time hearing their customers orders as their customers have a hard time understanding what the voice from the box is saying.
