Applebee's - New Orleans

Definitely just a cool place to just drop in for a drink and mediocre food. We always grab a drink with our food because it honestly make the food better. The service is so so and the staff is tolerable. The wonton tacos is literally the best food option on the menu and then the nachos. Anyway it's a cool meet up spot for some laughs

I ordered a shot special and a drink special. Both were ready and sat on the bar for literally 10 minutes, while servers continued to walk by them not caring that they'd been sitting there. I was halfway finished with my overdressed salad before I actually received my drink order.. then, it looked nothing like the picture that made me order it in the fist place. Barely any ice (prob melted while sitting), no salted rim, no garnish. Basically, no liquor in it either. Tasted like pure sugar. After mentioning all of this to the waitress, the bartender pretended to care about the drinks she was making. When leaving, I asked for a to go cup for my sugar, and they said no because they can't do to-go alcohol. But wait- the bartender didn't seem to care about that rule when she poured a regular drink and a shot for her friend, who then poured it all in a to go cup and left! Her family was also there, and she spent plenty of time visiting with them instead of working on drinks.. This place is run by people who only care about their friends and family. The food was fine. Not recommending to anyone and won't be back. You only get good treatment if the staff knows you.

Stopped in today for lunch and it was absolutely great. Waitress was great, food and drinks were equally great, restaurant was clean. They have a limited time special where you can add 5 boneless wings to your meal for $1, the honey bbq was an excellent choice with ranch. After our visit today I highly recommend you stopping in for a meal. Great job Applebees!

As we were eating our very late meal, we noticed the ceiling—there were stains on the tiles that looked like black spots turning white, and these marks extended down the ceiling joists. It's surprising that those tables were still left dirty by the time we left. However, I do want to mention that our waitress, Sarah, was very sweet and helpful throughout all of this. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
