Each dish was impeccably seasoned and prepared. Nina Compton is currently the top chef in the industry, no one surpasses her in creativity or skill. I highly suggest Bywater American Bistro to anyone who appreciates delicious food.
The cocktails and food at this restaurant are absolutely delicious! Despite arriving late, the place was still bustling. We sat at the bar and had a late night dinner, enjoying the fun atmosphere. It's clear that the chefs put care into every dish they prepare.
I had a fantastic Easter Holiday experience at Bywater American Bistro. I have been to many restaurants for both dining and work, but this was by far the best dining experience I have had. The staff worked seamlessly together on the 5 steps of service, and even the bartender helped out by bussing tables at one point. My friend and I were extremely impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of our meal, from the greeting to ordering our dishes, to the timing between courses and drinks. Everything was flawless. Thank you Bywater Bistro for providing an amazing New Orleans Easter Brunch experience!
Very fun atmosphere to dine in, and many options on seating. Food ingredients were fresh and local, with flavors that you want to just devour in one bite. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time!
Such a memorable dinner! The drinks were flavorful and well balanced. The appetizers blew us away. Everything was plated to perfection, came out quickly, and were absolute flavor bombs. Highly recommended!
