Couvant - New Orleans

We chose the Eliza Jane due to its proximity to the passport office and were unexpectedly surprised and pleased at the customer service, decor and peacefulness of the hotel. Our check-in was delayed (due to our booking coompany) and Menard made the wait pleasant and non-stressful by taking care of the entire problem and providing a free drink at the bar while we waited. He was helpful during our stay and the picture of a hospitality professional. The room was quiet, cozy and stylish. If our travels take us to New Orleans again, we will not hesitate to book at the Eliza Jane!

Just an absolute gem of a place. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Fantastic decor. Couvant was an excellent choice for supper. We are looking forward to going back in the fall to enjoy cooler temps on the courtyard.

Booked this hotel on a whim for a conference and loved it. The room was spacious with a stand-alone seating area. Location was great, just walking district from Bourbon street. Went to the hotel restaurant for brunch and had maybe the best french toast I've ever had. Will definitely return!!

I don't often write reviews but this hotel experience was fantastic and deserved feedback ! Location was great and the staff provided a brilliant experience. This is my hotel if I should every visit again ! You will not be disappointed with this selection !

From the moment I stepped out of the Uber, the staff greeted me with a smile, the front desk was extremely polite, attentive, and informative. The bartenders, servers, restaurant staff, housekeeping….everyone had a smile and was eager to assist.
