I loved the ambiance and the food was even better than expected. We ordered extra food to take home the next day as we live in Baton Rouge. Thank you Ms Leah Chase
A local Civil rights landmark and another stop on my 'True South ' restaurant list. It lived up to the hype! The atmosphere is fancy but not stuffy, and the staff is so friendly. I had the fried chicken and red beans and rice and lunch, and both were Delicious. Get their version of the old fashioned called 'The Grand D ', it won 't disappoint. Last but not least, the garlic butter bread they give is amazing, best thing I tasted. Highly recommend.
