Ruby Slipper Cafe - New Orleans

This brunch spot is definitely a must-try! A friend recommended it to us, and it did not disappoint. We had the Trifecta and the Sweet Heat Chicken with French Toast Bites, and both were fantastic, but I must say the Sweet Heat Chicken with French Toast Bites is a standout. The flavors in that dish complement each other perfectly. Our waitress was attentive and friendly as well. We'll definitely keep this place on our list for our next visit to New Orleans!

Delicious! All the dishes here feature a fantastic Cajun twist on classic breakfast items. The cocktails are half off during their morning Happy Hour, which I believe lasts until 10 AM. We loved everything we ordered, and we ordered quite a bit! We had two cocktails ($5 each instead of $10), three appetizers, and one split entree. The total came to $60, which was definitely worth it! Our server was also quick and friendly, making our experience even better. We had a wonderful time and are so glad we decided to stop by! Thank you!

The location is wonderful! There’s ample outdoor parking, and the indoor space is inviting. I really appreciate the decor and the outdoor play areas for kids. My Mother’s Day was truly delightful thanks to our server, Kayla H. The food was fresh and delicious. I also loved that they serve French Truck coffee. Plus, it was nice that there was inspirational content on TV during our visit. Keep up the great work, everyone!

This was my first time dining here, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly, the food selection is diverse and flavorful, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I will definitely be coming back.

This restaurant genuinely offers some of the best seasonal dishes in New Orleans. Their variety of eggs Benedict is outstanding, and the combination of hot honey, chicken, and French toast is amazing. It's a perfect spot to take out-of-town visitors because many of their dishes truly reflect the essence of New Orleans, like the crawfish and grits! I've also found that it has become a Sunday favorite for my family because the food is consistently delicious.
