Smoothie King - New Orleans

The people here are so sweet. there used to be a lady who worked here, who was always on her a1 game. but I just felt so disrespected when I left last time. I had 4 drinks in my order. they have used tons of mish, but only 1blender for my order. Six people came after me and went. I didn't even have a whole person working on my order. he stopped and commanded another before he came back to me, then he forgot what I ordered. isn't it printed on the acknowledgement that they prepare the drinks? How do you forget what I wanted? then he used the wrong formula that tried to convince me that I asked for the wrong thing. I've had this smoothie before. I checked with a photo on the website. then I tasted it. it was definitiw the wrong formula. but they are sweet people. but that was so unrespectful to me.

I have already visited this smoothie king (sk) and they usually make a great job, so this evaluation is only for this special smoothie. I ordered the veggie slim trim. three people came in after me and were served so that I had to ask for mine. she said it wouldn't mix properly and that they had to give it back. When I finally got it, it didn't have the same taste or the color as I had when it was done right. this exact scenario happened some time ago at this place when I ordered the same smoothie. Perhaps it is not a popular smoothie that is often made, but please be consistent to make it right, with the same taste and color. I could taste something that was missing. so far I have only found two SK locations that make this smoothie perfect, but they should all be the same. I would visit again, but maybe order another mix. the owner is a very nice person, and glad that this situation is available in the east.

A great experience every time. love this place! I'll go there a few times in the week.

This is the second Friday in a series that I order through the mobile app for the curb-side collection and nobody comes out.

I live in New Orleans East and would like to continue supporting this business, but the smoothies are too watery. Every time I have gone to try them, I have been disappointed. Today, I ordered a strawberry super power smoothie with extra peanut butter, but the young man preparing it did not follow my request. Despite asking for no ice, he added more of everything, resulting in a watery smoothie. I feel that the owner lacks control over the business, as the employees do not seem enthusiastic. I am disappointed in the customer service and do not see this business lasting long if changes are not made. I am frustrated that I have to drive to Metairie for a satisfying smoothie experience, as Smoothie King has let me down once again.
