Union Ramen - New Orleans

Great lunch at Union Ramen! The space is clean and modern. We sat at a window table across from the bar which was comfortable for two. The service was attentive and friendly. We started with the crawfish shrimp lumpia. Served as 4 pieces with sweet chili sauce. Crispy and delicious! Main course we ordered the Original Tori ramen with additional protein of blackened chicken. The favor of the broth was rich but very satisfying. The other ramen was the Moshi Moshio. A lighter broth as compared to the Original Tori. I opted for more pork for $3 (I was hungry). It was so good! Would order either ramen again. I was told that the menu changes four times each year with the seasons. This visit was the summer menu. Looking forward to sampling something different on the next visit. If you are in the mood for ramen visit Union Ramen.

The BEST ramen I’ve ever had. I’m a huge sushi and ramen person but this was different. Perfect in every way. Had the slap ya kimchi ramen. Staff was incredibly helpful and always smiling even tho we were the last ones to leave at closing, they didn’t force us out. Recommended to

One of the best ramen places in the area. A must visit and try. Would recommend to my friends and family whoever visit New Orleans. The staff was super nice and the food was exceptional. Thank you.

Cool place to chill. It's casual with open tables. The lighting, flooring, and overall aesthetic of the place is exceptional. It reminded me of being in a garden with friends. It's located in a pretty decent area.This is not a pho restaurant. It's literally Ramen. But it's soooooo good. You can choose different levels of spice as well. I had the Poke dish, and I was not disappointed.I don't think you could go wrong with any dish you ordered. It's almost impossible to ruin ramen.
