Zoes Kitchen - New Orleans

Doesn't exist at this location, took a long drive to get here, and no restaurant. Called the phone number and although the machine answers it also hangs up on you. Smdh. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to Zoes Kitchen this past Friday and the customer service was so bad I will never be back. Buyers be aware that the board prices are different than what the employees are ringing up. It is a long story, but they refused to give me what the order was reading on the order boards. I love their food but will never be back. I even spoke with a manager, and he said sorry the menu boards have not been updated. My best friend was with me as well and both have been coming here for over 5 years and will never be back.

Canceled my order for no reason. Do not plan to do business with them ever again. Avoid takeout orders because they will cancel on you. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

This is the second time this location has canceled my Uber Eats order. This was an office lunch and they ruined it. The in-store staff is subpar. Ordering from here would be similar to ordering from Burger King, etc., think fast food in disguise. The new Byblos location in Elmwood is a much better option. Could use more smiles from staff, music in the background, something to bring the atmosphere up a notch.. or two. Food was good and as expected, somewhat generic but better than other options for this price range.
