Kfc New Plymouth

All new team of workers, everything is so much better now. The restaurant is always immaculate, the food is always served hot and not even greasy as the team that was there in the past!

Food was just a good KFC feed. Service .. well there is no service we ordered at the machine, and our summer told us our food was ready and when we arrived at the counter, there was our meal on a tablet without a team member. In the atmosphere there was my partner and another person in the restaurant so not much vibe more

Comfortable location for a fast meal, went on a Sunday lunch, it was clearly under staff, slowly waiting for a simple meal. Staff but very friendly.

KFC had run out of coleslaw, there was nothing to tell you about this where you order. Our order was ready and on collection we noticed we had a whole lot of small potato and gravy. I went up to the counter and waited 20mins for someone to finally acknowledge me only to tell me sorry we have run out and she pointed to a small sign on the counter not at the order board system

Food was great. Service was terrible. The food dropped at the drive through, because the staff did not pass it properly. The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. Bad experience for me.
