Boucherie Union Square - New York

The food at this restaurant was excellent. My wife was pleasantly surprised and impressed. She really enjoyed it and even asked me where I had gotten the food from.

I am French. The food was FAR from authentic French cooking. The quality is that of a sub-par bistro in France. The prices are unjustifiable. Perhaps their American dishes are better.

The steak tartare at this restaurant has significantly declined in quality. It lacks flavor and the traditional bread has been replaced with stale waffle fries.

It is a beautiful room and the service was in order, but the prices were crazy for what they get. the steak fries were $52 and it was an extremely average steak.
