Contribuisci feedbackI always order online from this restaurant, so I am always prepared when I go to pick up my food. One thing they could improve is their customer service efficiency. Sometimes when I arrive, I end up waiting 4-5 minutes for the online orders to be ready, even though they are already prepared. The cashier could easily assist customers if there is no line, but instead, she often chats with her colleague. This is not a major issue, but it is something they could work on to ensure customers receive their food faster and do not have to wait unnecessarily. Other than that, everything else about the restaurant is good.
The restaurant was a complete mess. There were three managers present, but none of them were taking line orders. The only person handling mobile orders was overwhelmed, as the staff were busy chatting and relaxing instead of working.
I have visited this restaurant a few times and have only ordered twice, but both times I was disappointed. The rice was hard, the food was cold, and the place seemed dirty. Despite the friendly staff, I decided to give the restaurant another chance by ordering in person. However, my food was still served quickly and I left. When I returned to work, the food was once again cold and the chicken was burnt on the outside with fatty pieces that I had to spit out. I couldn't even finish my meal. I'm not sure if it was just bad timing, but I will not be returning to this Chipotle location again.
