Don Giovanni's Times Square - New York

While the pizza in don Giovanni’s was very good, I was less than impressed by the unfortunate way they treated the reservations. we reserved a table for 3 around 7:15, but we do not have space until 7:45, as they “forget” to reserve a table. though by opentable everything was good. the server worked very hard, it is only regrettable, their reservation system is shottig. I still recommend the place for their food and the ambiente, be careful if they need a reservation for a certain time. in short, it is a better place to go with family or friends who wait with one when it must be instead of business partner.

Don giovanni’s was very close to the theater and they had what we were looking for traditional Italian cuisine. we went very early so that pizza was not yet available, it was not a problem for us and they were very honest about the selection not available. we wanted pasta. the portions were quite expensive, but I felt that they could have been a bit bigger and prepared with extra sauces. the garlic knot uses a lot of fresh garlic and oil, a little underboiled, but good. I would not giovanni try to taste the fresh pizzas they looked great.

The staff is friendly, and they serve delicious pizzas. The wine and beer selection is excellent.
