Grey Lady - New York

Stopped by for some happy hour oysters at 1 dollar a pop. They were decent but for a dollar each they were a great deal. They also have 6 dollar beers, 9 dollar wine, and 10 dollar classic cocktails.

Great spot for a low key boozy brunch or to bring a date to on a Sunday afternoon. There?s outdoor seating but the restaurant itself is vibey. The drinks are fairly priced but the brunch special is even better. East coast oysters were small but delicious and a must try is their truffle Mac and cheese.

There is no doubt Grey Lady has one of the best Happy Hours in the city. Their oyster deal, at least three choices for $1/each is tough to beat. Wine is $9, draft $6. Food is GREAT overall, and the French fries come in a generous basket filled to the brim. The vibe is chill and awesome, with a mixed crown, young and not so young, new to the city and old New Yorkers who know a great deal when they see one. They even have healthy sides, the broccolini is def yummy. Friendly

Love their happy hours. We usually come here for oysters (big and fresh) and couple of glass of Pinot Grigio. ????

I only come here to drink on the weekends! The venue is large with lots of rooms to dance. The music is very pop oriented that offers a fun dancing vibe. Drinks are averagely prices. It?s a mix of recent college grads and young adults. Usually starts to form a line to get in around 11pm.
