Lido - New York

The atmosphere is bright and inviting, making this one of my favorite dining spots in Harlem. They can efficiently accommodate medium and large groups without any fuss. It's my go-to place for a quick yet delicious meal—I love the zucchini fries, calamari, and a La Pera.

We both ordered the same thing, but it turned out to be very bland with no flavor or seasoning. I was shocked. My friend even asked for hot sauce and salt and pepper to make it taste better. The sauce on the pasta was so watery that I needed a napkin in my lap while eating. In the photos, you can see how much extra pepper and salt I had to add. They also charge extra for adding meat to the pasta, which is surprising because the pasta doesn't come with any meat! This was the worst pasta I've ever had in my 28 years living in New York. Even Applebee's pasta is better than this! The only redeeming quality of the place was the bread. I was so disappointed that I returned my plate.

Excellent brunch experience! I visited with a group of four, and the service was outstanding. Upon entering, we were promptly greeted and seated. Our waiter, Elijah, was polite and very knowledgeable about the menu. We decided to go with his recommendations, and the food arrived quickly and hot. The quality was impressive. We also ordered bottomless mimosas to go with our meals, and the staff regularly topped them off. The pricing is reasonable at $18 with an entree. There is free Wi-Fi available, and plenty of paid parking in the area. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return!

Fantastic brunch. Friendly staff, absolutely delicious food and surprisingly fast service! Plus reasonably priced. Highly recommend the short rib hash eggs benedict. So flavorful!

Good Italian place with a nice vibe reflective of neighborhood. Starters were ok, but the main dishes were very good. Truffle gnocchi were too mild in flavor, the ink squid linguini with scallops and shrimp was really good.
