Whenever we hear about a bar with decent hookah, we have to try it! This is how we ended up going to Pergola as well. It has a really nice ambience.

Food was not hot, luke warm at best. Server couldn't answer simple questions about the menu or the fireworks cruise after dinner. Very disappointed with the whole meal. Fireworks we're awesome!

This could be a gem of a place but the night we dined, they were short on waitstaff , the food took a long time to get to our table and then seemed overdone. Unfortunately, it was too cold, otherwise, this looks like the perfect place for sitting outside on the patio with a view of the river, open air and energetic city vibes.
