Shake Shack - New York

This restaurant has spacious seating and although the layout is a bit odd, the staff are friendly and welcoming. I stopped by briefly just to pick up a drink. In the summer, if you're looking for a refreshing drink, especially lemonade, their pink lemonade tea blend was perfect. The sweetness was just right.

The bathroom was spotless and the staff was friendly. Their burgers were also delicious and satisfying.

Slow service with awful ordering system, food mixed up with others order and lack of organization overall

As a visitor to the area, this was a great stop for my family. Quick and easy service of ordering, friendly staff that was courteous and kind, food was warm and well cooked. Kid-friendliness: Grilled cheese was perfect for my picky eater!

This place is disgusting! I usually think that Shake Shack is a step above fast food, but this was ridiculous. We ordered one burger with onion. It came with half a raw onion. Ordered one burger with bacon, no bacon. Ordered one veggie burger, no veggie burger. We were told we would get the bacon, it never came. The bathrooms were filthy. The whole place felt demoralized and sad.
