Zoe and Bar Lounge - New York

Im mad no one in the reviews has not talked about how good of a waitress christiam is i lived in manhattan but currently moved to Connecticut and only visit manhattan to go to this place the food is amazing i only like going if christiam is the oneworking with my table he is so energetic always happy ! This place os great ! The hookah always on point the drinks are greatif i can give this place a 10 star i would .

I made reservations for 12 people to celebrate my daughter’s Sweet 16. The bill came out to be about $840. We all ordered plates with either fish, meat, or both. Everyone that had fish or seafood ended up getting sick. My mother, who is 56, got sickand threw up near the staircase. One of the waiters, I believe her name is Stephanie, was extremely rude and showed absolutelyno sympathy towards her. She shoved my mother, who was near the stairs mind you, and she had an attitude and was telling her toleave the restaurant. When I went to the owner to report her, the owner didn’t care because they obviously only care about themoney. The staff even had the audacity to tell the security to take me out of the restaurant. The worst restaurant I’ve evervisited, they lack customer service and respect.

I do not even know where to begin but here we go first the waitress very rude she acted as if we were there for free second the food was horrible dry and the meat tasted old, fried calamari was not properly fried the bbq chicken wings were cold and tastedas if they were in the freezer for months we also ordered guacamole and chips all the chips came mixed with the guacamole .Third she was very stingy with the utensils she did not even bring us plates even asking her for a specific type of music was aproblem giving us attitude for everything and to top it off we ordered 2 rounds of fireball shots and it was during happy hourso they were suppose to be 3-4 dollars each lies she charged them at regular price $9. Never going back waist of time and money(300 and we left the food)oh and there were roaches!!!

If it was possible to give this establishment zero stars, I would. When I say that this restaurant has provided the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, you probably wouldn’t believe it. The fact that I waited an hour and ten minutes for APPETIZERS...appetizers. The server brought my party the pitcher we ordered and literally disappeared for over an hour. Unbelievable. We hadto flag down a hookah guy to ask for our server. There was absolutely no empathy for the lack of service my party was given. Iwill never return to this place and I highly recommend anyone looking to have a good time with friends or family with qualityservice to never dine here. I will make sure everyone I know avoids this place. I hope the owner of this restaurant sees thisreview and makes some changes to the staff or at the very least the culture of this restaurant. It is very disappointing.

This is my third visit to Zoe. This place is one of my favorites the staff Christian and Maria are great in support. The DJ includes the best vibes.
