This shop is horrible and run by the rudest staff. But who cares, you’re in NY where you’re just a nuisance. Avoid their cold brew at all cost. It’s terrible and they don’t even know how to prepare it properly. At at over $6 for a large it felt like a rip off but again that’s NYC. A rip off…
This place is committed to providing the worst customer service ever. There’s no effort to go above and beyond when the opportunity presents itself. They also got rid of the best menu items.
Bagellar was stale and taste was bad. I remained hungry. Employees were rude.
