Jade House - New York City

I just moved to this area, honestly never seen a store that’s this unorganized. I told the lady in the phone one ORDER. She proceed to send me two and double charge me when I told her NO already. Never ordering here again. Always an issue.Food: 3/5

We ordered for delivery and the food always arrives hot. My husband loves the sesame chicken with fried green plantains and they never disappoint. If anything is wrong with your order the take care of the issue right away and redeliver. Sometimes I ask for special requests with no problems they will prepare it matter how weird it is.

This restaurant is so foul, I ordered from them when I wasn’t at home they sent me the food with no utensils… was I supposed to eat it with my hands?

I went to Jade House and at first glance, it looked like a storage unit but don't let that fool you! The atmosphere may not be much, but the Chinese food they serve is top-notch, earning it a solid 4 stars from me. The flavors were amazing, and the woman taking orders was a true hustler, making sure all customers are happy. I really appreciated her hard work and dedication. Though I usually prefer Thai food, I found Jade House to be quite enjoyable. It's definitely a step up in quality and service compared to Splendid China on 161. Overall, a hidden gem with a loyal fanbase that I would definitely recommend trying out.

This restaurant is mainly for delivery, not for dining in. It is always busy but has better food than most Chinese places in the area. Overall, I would rate the food as 4 out of 5.
