The portions of the Salmon Tebsi leaves a lot to be desired, especially for $28! In addition I requested 2 orders of Chicken Sambusa, which is a total of 4 Chicken Sambusa. Well, I only received a total of 2. Not cool to insult customers this way!
Really good Ethiopian food! The menu is somewhat confusing, but a dish per person was much for dinner time. I don't think we finished our whole meal. Every dish comes with pages, so it is loaded quickly. You also have a great happy hour with 6 dollars cocktails. I want more Ethiopia alone?
The atmosphere is beautiful and the waiting staff is very nice. The 3 stars are only in the atmosphere and wait staff. I've never had Ethiopian food and I went here for the reviews, but the food had no taste at all. I was ready to have an explosion of delicious flavors and was extremely disappointed and actually very shocked. It was honestly the most glands I ate. The person who came with me had Ethiopian food before and told me she would take another place for the real experience. I ordered the chicken and she had the lamb.
So a beautiful place with delicious food! Protected an outer area from the wind area and a large inner area. We ordered a vegetarian sampler with lamb and salmon and it was much enough for two people. We couldn't finish the food, but it was so good, especially spicy lamb! We also tried a rumcake that was just ok, but then I don't have a sweet tooth, so sweet lovers would appreciate it more. I must say that the menu has many drinks options, from mimoses (for those who like festive breasts) to different teas and coffees. I recommend this great food stop and will be safe again!
