Contribuisci feedbackI just put an order in the Domino's pizza at 1068 Bergen Street newark nj 07112 Part of the order was incorrect. I called to rectify the situation but they were not able to help me to my satisfaction. In addition, I was overcharged for items ordered. Instead of applying the mix&match deal, I was charged for everything individually without a receipt delivered.
I had to wait for the driver to return with my ranch sauce over 30 mins. The pizza was so dry that I had to call the store . The rep that answered had no service skills what so ever. She asked me, What do you want us to do? I asked to speak with the cook, Miriam, who explained that Brooklyn style pizzas are thin and burned. Overall so unhappy with the service and the product. Would like to see the store shut down. Papa Johns about a mile up from them and will be ordering there.
Ordered and paid online but still waited 15 minutes once I got there because the guy was on the phone taking orders and the other was ignoring everyone.
That 's a negative star So here goes. I usually don 't eat wings but I 've been craving them all day so I decided at the last moment which in turn I had to order them. Sad to say. I 'm not giving this dominos any stars. I did an online order at approximately 9:47pm today as soon as I was done I called to let them know do not put 8 drums and 2 flats because it 's standard to have half half. The guy on the phone want on to say my food was in the oven already as if I truly cared. 10:16pm I want to the store because the tracker was stuck on prepping. When I got there my order wasn 't in the oven yet. While waiting for my order this is everything I 've noticed. 1) No one was wearing a mask 2) They was backed up 3) they had more delivery people working these days and last but not least a young man walked in for his food and since it wasn 't done yet proceeding to walk to the back and started helping. No PPE was done. The then want into the fridge took a Fanta and started labeling boxes after about 10 minutes left. There was an older gentleman there waiting for his food so he kindly asked the manager Ayomide why wasn 't anyone wearing a mask his response was straight and to the point I 'm vaccinated would you like to see my card . Now I know I might not know everything but I do know regardless of being vaccinated you must wear a mask. Ayomide then try to switch it up when I mentioned that to him then he made the excuse of being so busy he just forgot now that 's more of an answer because I forget my mask half the time. I got my food and inspected it I only seen the side with sauce on it and I left upon getting home I realized the chicken wasn 't cooked fully so I put it in my toaster oven when it was time to flip them is when I realized they didn 't even bother to do both sides. Now I don 't know about anybody else but when I spend my hard earned money at an establishment I expect the service and quantity to reflect my hard earned money. I understand this is a franchise establishment and it seems like the whole family works there and I think that 's the problem no one is pulling any one collar of the b that 's happening in that establishment. This will be my last time ordering from this location. It 's lack customer service, food quality, cleanliness and mask wearing.
Ordered three items and they sent my pizza with all the topping sticking to the roof of the box. When calling to let them know what I 've received. They made it seem as if I was lying. I had to send them a picture of the pizza first. So instead of them telling me they were going send a née one he told me we 're busy at the moment and if I could just take a free pizza with my next order as if I 'm not hungry NOW. So sad I wouldn 't recommend anyone order from this one unless picking up.
